Training & Workouts
Practices will focus on developing Power, Strength, & Endurance. Training & Workouts will incorporate Plyometrics, Core Strength & Stability, Running Mechanics, Jumping & Throwing Techniques, Circuit Drills, and Speed Intervals & Fartlek Running which all contribute to Coordination Development for all events. (Sprints, Long Distance, Hurdles, Long Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault,
Javelin, Shot Put, Discus)
In addition to improving physical condition and learning proper techniques, our Athletes will get to display their talents by competing in Olympic format track & field meets on the weekends.
We participate in multiple organizations which all compete to finals with championship meets. ( USATF - So Cal, SCMAF - SGV, AAU, Cal State Games )
